Last year I had some over officious chaps from the H&S brigade telling me not to get too close to the boats, in case they fell on me or exploded.

This year it is your turn to be warned of the perils of boating. I understand that exhibitors have been advised to tell visitors that they are boarding the boat at their own risk.

As one chap remarked, "It's tricky to get people interested in your boat if you have just suggested it might kill them".
