Officials examine the damaged bow of the Japanese destroyer JS Kurama in Kitakyushu, southern Japan. The 5200 ton warship and a 7400 ton South Korean container ship collided in the narrow Kanmon Strait on Tuesday night sparking fires on both ships and injuring three crewmembers.
