A fleet of motorboaters gathered in Cowes Yacht Haven this weekend for three days of fun, frolicks, and just the odd tipple.
The Big Splash event kicked off on Friday and since then participants have taken part in an on-the-water treasure hunt, wine-tasting, face-painting, limbo dancing, fancy dress and cookery demonstrations – all washed down with plenty of food and drink.

This was the first Big Splash event to be held and it is hoped it will become a permanent stamp on the motorboating calendar.
