Search continues for missing cruise ship passengers

According to most recent reports on the BBC website, the operators of the Costa Concordia are now being investigated following the sinking disaster off the island of Giglio, which led to the death of at least six passengers.
The 290m ship carrying more than 4,000 people ran aground, capsized and sank off the western coast of Italy after hitting a rock and ripping a 50m gash in the side of her hull. Over 15 people still remain unaccounted for.
Dutch salvage experts have been called in to assess options for removing the ship, but to prevent an ecological disaster, 2,380 tons of fuel needs to be removed first.
