Video: Australian Police capsize their search RIB

Aussie police go down under when their boat overturns during a search and rescue mission

Six Australian policemen were dumped unceremoniously into the water when their boat overturned while searching for a missing boy. A large wave struck their RIB off Corrimal Beach in Wollongong, about 50 miles south of Sydney, while they were conducting a search for a missing boy.

The officers, all police divers, were rescued unharmed by a New South Wales Marine Rescue boat, but their diving equipment went to the bottom. Local surf lifesavers and State Emergency Workers meanwhile continued the search for the missing eight-year-old boy, who is thought to have been swept out to sea after being caught in a rip tide while swimming.
