Fairline Targas: evolution of a sportscruising great

We took two Fairline Targas out on the water to see how 25 years of design separates them and the results were astounding. Watch this boat test video to see for yourself

It feels as though Fairline Targas have always been here, but in fact it was in 1984 that the British boatbuilder came out with its first model in the family, the Targa 33.

Over the years the Targa has evolved into a sportscruising great, so when we were given the chance to test a 33 against the later Targa 38 we jumped at the chance.

Watch our used boat test to see how the two compare or for the full feature see the June 2013 issue of MBM, our 16 May.
