Dayboating just got a whole lot more sophisticated with this so-called sloop from the Netherlands

For: Classic style, masses of seating, luxury finish
Against: Helm position and locker voids

The Antaris Connery 25 (yes, it really is named after Sean for its tough sophistication) is apparently capable of hitting an easy 25 knots but our 65hp version was only good for only around 10 knots.

Our test boat came packed with dayboating niceties like a fridge, a neat wet-bar with a hide-away hob and sink, and courtesy cockpit lights.

Verdict

Tough, elegant and easy to use. Only its premium price stops this from being the dayboat we would all choose to own
